Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport,
you will be joyfully and kindly welcomed by our experienced English-speaking guide who will transfer you to your booked accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.
You will have a detailed briefing on your tour itinerary by our staff.
Accommodation: Papyrus Guest House.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
You will be picked up after your breakfast from your Hotel by our Guide and then depart for Kibale Forest National Park which will take around five and a half hours of drive.
After Lunch you will be taken for Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary walk.
This is a guided swamp walk that takes you closer seeing primates mostly monkeys, birds and butterflies.
The wetland is a bird paradise with about 138 species and is best known for being home to the Great Blue Turaco.
This is a 2½ - 3 hour walk and is a must for bird lovers. Hopefully you will spot the elusive Sitatunga antelope and the Shoebill Stork.
This is nothing to be missed. You will meet some of the primates here, even a chimpanzee at times.
Other primate species include the black-and-white colobus, grey-cheeked mangabey, red-tailed, l’Hoest’s and blue monkeys, and olive baboons.
Also, Bushbucks and mongooses and many more can also be found here.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park
Kibale Forest National Park boasts the highest number of primate species in the world, including the chimpanzees.
Approximately 5,000 chimpanzees live in the wild in Uganda, which makes it a perfect place to spot them!
The Park is popular for its primate’s population like the chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, red cheeked monkeys and red-tailed monkeys.
On your chimpanzee trails, these are regularly seen swinging in the forest trees and others feeding on the wild fruits.
An experienced ranger will take you chimp tracking in the morning around 6:30 am.
Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will have a full hour with them.
You will return to you' lodge dinner and an overnight.

Day 4: Transfer Queen Elizabeth National Park/Kazinga Channel
After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and transfer to Queen Elizaeth National Park.
Here, you will be able to see the Cape buffalos, herds of elephants plus lions, leopards (though hard to spot) among others on your drive towards your accommodation.
On arrival, you will check in your accommodation for some rest time and lunch.
After lunch, you will go for a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lakes George and Edward.
During the trip, the sight of wildlife including giant hippos, elephants and crocodiles among others will fascinate you.
You will also see many varieties of birds at the water shores.
After the boat trip, you can decide either to return to the lodge to rest or first proceed for a brief late afternoon game drive and thereafter, return to the lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
We will then leave for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, home to the few remaining mountain gorillas.
Bird life and primate life in Bwindi is quite superb, and there is an incredible variety of flora. Bwindi is the Bird watchers haven!
It holds 348 species of birds and supports 24 of 26 Albertine Rift Endemics that occur in Uganda; and seven red data book species.
Once continuous with the forests of the Virunga Volcanoes (Dian Fossey’s stomping ground), Bwindi is now an ecological island, surrounded by cultivation on the rich volcanic soils.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking | Batwa Cultural Interaction
After an early morning breakfast, you will head out to the park head offices with a packed lunch and your guide and have a briefing about the Do’s and Don’ts while in the park with gorillas.
After that, head for gorilla trekking through the mist rain forest.
Trekking can take 2 hours or up to 6 hours, depending on the location of the gentle giants.
Make sure you carry enough water, sturdy shoes, non-flash cameras, and rain jackets.
At the end of this long and exciting adventure, you will return to the lodge to relax a bit.
Thereafter, you will head out for a community walk where you will visit the Batwa, which is an Indigenous group of people that have lived in the forest for 500,000 years, and enjoy traditional dances.

Day 7: Transfer to Entebbe
The day begins with a delightful breakfast after which you will return to the mainland and prepare to drive back to Entebbe.
You will make a lunch stop at Mbarara and proceed to Kampala making another stop at the Equator in Masaka.
You will see where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Snacks, souvenirs, and photographs may be taken here.
You will arrive in Kampala later that evening and be transferred to Entebbe.

Day 8: Early morning flight to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to Nairobi hotel
Accommodation: Eka Hotel.

Day 9: Nairobi - Masai Mara Safari.
Our guide will transfer you from Nairobi and enjoy a scenic drive to the Masai Mara, taking in the beautiful landscapes along the way.
Arrive at Mara Olodare Camp.
Check into your accommodations and relax.
Accommodation: Mara Olodare Camp.

Day 10: Game Drive in the Masai Mara
Start your day with an early breakfast and Embark on a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara.
Explore the vast savannahs and witness the rich wildlife, including the Big Five lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and more.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Mara. In the afternoon, continue your game drive, capturing unforgettable moments and sightings.
Return to Mara Olodare Camp for dinner and relaxation.

Day 11: Lake Naivasha Boat Ride and Walking Safari on Crescent Island
Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge and after depart for Lake Naivasha, enjoying the scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha in the afternoon and embark on a boat ride.
Witness the rich birdlife and spot hippos in the water. After the boat ride, you will go for a crescent walk.
The Island was formed in 1988 after Lake Naivasha water level dropped significantly allowing Crescent Island to be part of the mainland.
The terrain of the Island is plain allowing for easy hiking You can spot a variety of animals from giraffes, elands, wildebeest, zebras, impalas, etc.
There are also several avian species and aquatic habitat.
The Lake is home to lots of hippos which can be spotted easily from the island.

Day 12: Departure
Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport After breakfast at the lodge, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound flight back home
We’ll enjoy breakfast and then it’s time for our drive back to Nairobi.
Leaving the Masai Mara after breakfast, travel across the ‘breadbasket’
of Kenya, where acres of wheat and barley litter the landscape as you head north to Narok,
the district headquarters of this part of Maasailand.
Now travel across the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley
