➤ Flights from London Heathrow to Hamad Interntional Airport to Colombo Katunayake Airport , Sri Lanka
➤ On arrival in a morning flight clients will be met by our Hayley's Travels Tour Guide at the airport. Thereafter make your way to the hotel in Colombo (45 Minutes' drive approx.) Check-in to the hotel and relax at the hotel PM - Proceed with a city tour in Colombo. Colombo is the largest city and former administrative capital of Sri Lanka and is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture ofmodern life and remnants of a bygone colonial era. Due to its large harbor and its strategic position along the East-Westsea trade routes, Colombo was known to ancient traders 2,000 years ago. However, it was only made the Capital of theisland when Sri Lanka was ceded to the British Empire in 1815. The main city is home to a majority of the Sri Lankascorporate offices, restaurants and entertainment venues. On this tour you will visit many of the historical, religious andcommercial sites of Colombo including the historic and bustling Fort and Pettah, the elite residential Cinnamon Gardens,the Galle face Green, Viharamahadevi Park and much more.

Wed 13 Nov 24: Yala National Park
➤ After breakfast make your way to the hotel in Yala (4 1/2 Hours' drive approx.) Lunch own arrangements PM - Proceed with a Jeep Safari at Yala National Park Yala National park is Sri Lanka's most visited wildlife reserve. Yala covers an area of 1260 square kilometres. The park's dry-zone landscape is strikingly beautiful and the park's wildlife has its own distinctive charm, with huddles of colorful painted storks perched on the incongruously conjoined sight of elephants marching sedately through the bush while rabbits scamper through the undergrowth. Leopards, sloth bears and elephants are the "big 3" here although crocodiles, jackals and the many variety of birds are also a huge draw to this park which is the largest national park in the country.

Thu 14 Nov 24: Ella
➤ After breakfast transfer to Ella (2 1/2 hours' drive approx.) and proceed with a city tour in Ella Ella It's the closest thing to an English country village you'll find in Sri Lanka, enjoying a pleasantly temperate climate and offering some good walking. The village enjoys one of the finest views in Sri Lanka, past the towering bulk of Ella rock and through a cleft in the hills-the so-called Ella Gap-to the plains below. Ella is famous in Sri Lankan folklore for its Ramayana connections: according to one tradition, the demon king Rawana brought the captive Sita here and hid her away in a cave couple of kilometers outside the present-day village. Rawana's name is now memorialized in the names of various guest houses, as well as in the Rawana Ella Falls, which plunge magnificently down a series of rockfaces 6km from Ella. Lunch own arrangements Thereafter proceed to Ella Railway Station and get on bord to a local train to Nanu Oye, Nuwara Eliya (3 hours journey approx.) Train departure time from Ella - 1230HRS The Ella to Nanu oye train ride is the most beautiful train ride in Sri Lanka, if not in the world! Board the train and experience breathtaking views of lush green tea plantations, mountains, viaducts, valleys, and dense jungle. Meet smiling locals on the train, wave to the running children along the tracks, and eat the spicy snacks sold by vendors who board at each stop. Pick up from the railway station and transfer to the hotel.

Fri 15 Nov 24: Nuwara Eliya
➤ After breakfast leisure at the hotel Lunch own arrangements PM - Proceed with a city tour in Nuwara Eliya Nuwara Eliya meaning "the city of dawn" is the town at the highest elevation (about 2000m above sea level) in Sri Lanka and its tallest peak, Piduruthalagala (2555m) could be seen from here. The city, established by the British in the nineteenth century, and known as "Little England" and is a popular holiday resort for Sri Lankans & tourists due to its cool climate and quaint colonial feel with its little bungalows surrounded by hedgerows. Nuwara Eliya is also the heart of the tea country and you can visit a plantation and a factory en route here and witness how the famous "Ceylon Tea" is brewed.

Sat 16 Nov 24: Kandy
➤ After breakfast transfer to Kandy (2 1/2 hours drive approx.) en route visiting a Tea Plantation and Factory Nuwara Eliya is located in the mountains of Sri Lanka. Due to its high location and fresh climate, this is the perfect environment for growing tea. Visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced. Here you could observe all about the process of manufacturing tea. You can also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory. Lunch own arrangements PM - Proceed with sightseeing of Kandy with a visit to The Temple of the Tooth, Kandy The Temple of the Tooth or Dalada Maligawa dates from the 16th century, though most of the present buildings were built in the 19th century. Entering the shrine over a moonstone step, you pass a stone depicting the Indian goddess Lakshmi and a wall with frescoes illustrating the Buddhist conception of hell. The upper stories house the relic of the tooth, caged behind the gilded iron bars. Behind the tooth relic sanctuary is a hall with a few golden Buddha statues and modern paintings, showing Buddha's life and the arrival of Buddhism in the land

➤ After breakfast transfer to Dambulla (2 1/2 Hours' drive approx.) en route visiting a Spice Garden in Matale Visit a spice garden in Matale to see different spices for which Sri Lanka is famous for. Here, clients could see different spices and how some of these spices are grown and processed. Witness a Cookery demonstration. Lunch at the spice garden along with a cookery demonstration PM - Check-in to the hotel and relax at the hotel

Mon 18 Nov 24: Sigiriya
➤ After breakfast travel further interior to the legendary Sigiriya Rock Fortress one of the most famous landmarks in Sri Lanka. 30 Minutes drive from the hotel & 2 1/2 climb approx.) Climb the 5th century Sigiriya Rock fortress which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, built by King Kashyapa (477-495). The spectacular citadel of Sigiriya rises sheer and impregnable out of the plains of the dry zone. It is the country's most memorable single attraction, a remarkable archaeological site made unforgettable by its dramatic setting. The rock was the innermost stronghold of a 70-hectare fortified town. A moat, rampart and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring the base of the rock. Visit the world-renowned frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens' of Sigiriya, which are in a sheltered pocket of the rock approached by a spiral stairway. After descending enjoy a freshly cut King Coconut in order to refresh your system. Thereafter make your way to a village called Hiriwadunna Village. Here you will get to enjoy a catamaran and a bullock cart ride along with a Sri Lankan village lunch at a villager's house with a cooking demonstration. Lunch at Hiriwadunna Village The Hiriwadunna village in Habarana offers a unique village safari for tourists. Guests wanting to gain an insight into the daily lives of the locals in this village, can take this opportunity. The village trek begins with an awesome walk along a manmade reservoir. The reservoir itself, the surrounding scrub jungle, marshland and village are a hive of early morning activity. The amazing birdlife, butterflies and possible sightings of crocodile only add to the charm of seeing the villagers as they go about their early morning tasks of fishing or washing clothes at the periphery of the lake. End of the tour walk into a local house to join them for typical Sri Lankan lunch with Rice & Curry

If you're looking for a tropical paradise with swaying palms, endless sandy beaches, a relaxed and easygoing vibe, and with water sports and lesser-known sights to explore, you'll love Pasikuda Beach.
