➤After breakfast, proceed for a full day tour of Old & New Delhi. Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat which is located on the banks of the river Yamuna, This isMahatma Gandhis Memorial, where he was cremated following his assassination in January1948. The memorial lies in the midst of landscaped gardens and made of a simple squareplatform of black marble inscribed with his last words Hey Ram. Drive pass Red Fort the 17th century imposing fortress built in red sandstone is surroundedby a huge boundary wall 33m high. Inside are exquisite palaces and beautiful gardens. Boardthe 'Cycle Rickshaw' for a unique experience from the Red Fort, through "Chandni Chowk" orSilver Street, experiencing the sights and sounds of this very busy avenue-heading west fromthe Fort. Gurdwara Bangla Sahib Replica of Golden Temple is one of the most prominent SikhGurdwara or Sikh house of worship in Delhi and known for its association with the eighth SikhGuru, Guru Har Krishan, as well as the holy pond inside its complex, known as the Sarovar. Witness the preparation of Langar (food) at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib kitchen. Amazingkitchen where thousands of people have vegetarian food everyday and served by volunteers. Humayuns Tomb Humayuns Tomb, Delhi is the first of the grand dynastic mausoleumsthat were to become synonyms of Mughal architecture with the architectural style reaching itszenith 80 years later at the later Taj Mahal. Humayuns Tomb stands within a complex of 27.04ha. that includes other contemporary, 16th century Mughal garden-tombs such as NilaGumbad, Isa Khan, Bu Halima, Afsarwala, Barbers Tomb and the complex where thecraftsmen employed for the Building of Humayuns Tomb. The India Gate commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died in the 1st world war. 13516 names of British and Indian soldiers killed in the Afghan War of 1919 are engraved onthe arch and foundations. Under the arch, glows the Amar Jawan Jyoti flame commemoratingIndian armed forces losses in the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971. Rest of the day free.

➤After breakfast at your hotel, drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur check in to your hotel. Jaipur known as the Pink City of India, due to the dominant colour scheme of its buildings. It is also known as the Paris of India It is located 268km from the national capital, New Delhi. Jaipur was founded in 1727 by the Rajput Ruler Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amer, after whom thecity is named. It was one of the earliest planned cities of modern India, designed by VidyadharBhattacharaya during the British Colonial period, the city served as the capital of Jaipur State. After independence in 1947, Jaipur was made the capital of the newly formed state of Rajasthan. Rest of the day free for independent activities.

➤After breakfast, proceed to visit Amber Fort situated 130m high with the Aravalli hills aroundand 11 kms north of Jaipur. Amber Fort is known for its artistic style elements. With its largeramparts and series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks Maota Lake, which is themain source of water for the Amber Palace. Afternoon visit the The Maharajahs City Palace A delightful blend of Mughal andtraditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in thewalled city. It houses the Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum. Jantar Mantar This is the largest and best preserved of the five Observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. Hawa Mahal The ornamental facade of this Palace of Winds is a landmark in Jaipur. Itsfive storey structure of pink sandstone encrusted with fine tellies work and balconies has 953inches and windows. It was built in 1799 by Pratap Singh and was a royal grandstand forpalace women. Johari Bazaar The main bazaar is in the old city for jewellery and saris.

➤After breakfast at your Hotel, drive to Agra. En route stop for guided visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a beautiful and deserted medieval city, built by Mughal Emperor Akbar theGreat in the 16th century to serve as the capital of his vast empire. It was mysteriouslyabandoned 13 years later. Today, it is perfectly preserved as a ghost city built at the height ofthe empires splendour. The name of the city is derived from the village called Sikri whichoccupied the spot before. An Archaeological survey of India excavation from 1999 to 2000indicated that there was a habitation, temples and commercial centres here before Akbar builthis capital. The region was settled by Sungas following their expansion. Post visit, continue drive to Agra and drop off at the hotel. Agra is a city offering a discovery of the beautiful era. Agra has a rich history, reflected in itsnumerous monuments dotted in and around the city. The earliest citation for Agra comes fromthe mythological era, where the epic Mahabharata refer Agra as Agravana meaning paradisein Sanskrit. Ptolemy, the famous second century A.D. geographer, was the first person whoreferred Agra with its modern name. The Modern Agra was founded by Sikandar Lodi, ruler ofLodi dynasty in 16th century. It was when Shah Jahan descended the Mughal throne that Agrareached the zenith of architectural beauty.

➤Morning visit the World Famous Taj Mahal Overlooking the River Yamuna, the Taj Mahal isa classic example of Mughal architecture, with the Taj itself built as a mausoleum at thenorthern end of an extensive formal walled garden designed in the charbagh style andstructured on the Islamic theme of paradise. The whole site was built by Shah Jahan betweenad 1632 and 1653 as the final resting place of his favourite wife Arjumand Bann Begum (also known as Mumtaz Mahal) who died in ad 1631 shortly after giving birth to their fourteenth child. Upon his death in ad 1666, Shah Jahan was buried alongside his wife in the Taj. Agra Fort Agra Fort was originally a brick fort and the Chauhan Rajputs held it. It wasmentioned for the first time in 1080 AD when a Ghaznavide force captured it. Sikandar Lodi(1487-1517) was the first Sultan of Delhi who shifted to Agra and lived in the fort. Hegoverned the country from here and Agra assumed the importance of the second capital. Hedied in the fort in 1517 and his son, Ibrahim Lodi, held it for nine years until he was defeatedand killed at Panipat in 1526. He built several palaces, wells and a mosque in the fort duringhis period. Itmad Ud-Daulah Tomb also called Baby Taj has a special place in the chronicles of bothhistoryas well as architecture. This is precisely because Itmad ud Daula is the very first tombin India that is entirely made out of Marble. This is actually a mausoleum that overlooks theRiver Yamuna and is a tomb of Mir Ghiyas Beg, a minister in the court of Shah Jahan.

The Minar is 72.5m high with a diameter at the base 14.4m and 2.7m at the top. Later proceed to Rashtrapati Bhawan (Drive Pass) once the Viceroys residence and now theofficial residence of the President of India. Designed by Lutyens, it combines western andeastern styles the dome reflects the Buddhist stupa, the chhattris Hindu and the gracefulcolonnades very British. It has 340 rooms. Bahai Temple also known as The Lotus Temple, located in New Delhi, India, is a BahaiHouse of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986. Notable for its lotus-like shape, it hasbecome a prominent attraction in the city. Like all Bahai Houses of Worship, the Lotus Templeis open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification. The building is composed of 27free-standing marble-clad arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides, with nine doorsopening onto a central hall with a height of slightly over 34 meters and a capacity of 1,300people. The Lotus Temple has won numerous architectural awards and has been featured inmany newspaper and magazine articles. DILLI HAAT Dilli Haat is a craft bazaar located in Delhi. Over the years, Dilli Haat became avenue of crafts, music, dance and cultural festivals. India's first comic convention, Comic ConIndia was organized at Dilli Haat in February 2011. Later drive to visit the impressive Swaminarayan Akshardham temple complex, popularlyknown as Akshardham. Akshardham epitomizes 10,000 years of Indian culture in all itsbreathtaking grandeur, beauty, wisdom and bliss. It brilliantly showcases the essence of Indiasancient architecture, traditions and timeless spiritual messages.
